A reminder for all tenants
After Hours Access
Employees who require access to their suites must have an
after-hours security clearance form or be in possession of
a building access card. All other access will
require verification by the tenant emergency after-hours
contact. If for any reason verification can not be
made, the employee will be denied entry. Please
note, there are no exceptions.
Receiving\Shipping
All deliveries to tenant suites are to be made from the
loading dock via the freight elevator. Deliveries of
furniture must be made after 5:30 pm, Monday through
Friday, or on weekends. Any move-ins or
move-outs must also follow this after hours schedule.
All moving contractors must have a current certificate of
insurance on file in the management office.
Space Alteration
Any physical change to your suite requires prior written
approval by Property Management. This is to ensure
compliance with all building safety and city/county code
requirements.
Tenant Insurance
Tenants are required to carry current insurance with
respect to their occupancy at Monarch Centre. For
specific coverage requirements, please refer to your Lease
Agreement or the Monarch Centre Tenant Manual.
Packages
Please be reminded that liability issues prevent Monarch
Centre Management and Security from accepting package
deliveries on behalf of tenants at the lobby security
desks.
