FAQs
. . . We're frequently asked - and thought you'd like to know.

My parking card is not working.  Who should I call?
Central Parking operates the parking garage for Monarch Centre.  Call 404-237-8969.  Andrew Mathis is the manager.

I've heard that I can schedule car service while at Monarch Centre.  Is that true?
Absolutely.  Office Automotive is on site on alternating Wednesday's to provide oil and filter changes, tire rotation and balancing, brake repairs and tune-ups.

The rates are reasonable, but even better- coupons are available from its web site at www.officeautomotive.com.  In addition, Office Automotive will offer a complimentary oil change each month to a winner selected via drawing of names from its list of web visitors.  You can call them at 404-848-1463 for more details and a reservation.

How can my company link its web site to the Monarch Centre web site?
It's easy.  Please contact our Concierge at 404-442-2906.  We'll create a link for any Monarch Centre from our web site:
www.monarchcentre.com

How do I have alterations or repairs done in my suite?
If your company desires to have alterations and/or repairs done within your suite, the scope of work must first be reviewed and approved by the Property Management team.  The extent of further Property Management involvement will depend upon the extent of the work (i.e. the extent to which the work affects the building's structure and systems).  Please contact the Property Management office for additional information.

Why are certificates of Insurance necessary?
Your company's lease agreement requires that a current Certificate of Insurance be on file in the Property Management Office.  The lease agreement specifies the type of coverage required by the building owner.  The Certificate of Insurance provides proof of coverage and details of various types of coverage.  Certificates of Insurance typically are valid for 12 months.  Please ensure that your company's insurance provider issues revisions annually, or as needed, and forwards such revisions to the Property Management office.

Is high-speed internet access available at Monarch Centre?
Indeed.  The Monarch Centre Conference Center offers two wall jacks for high-speed data line connections.  As always, use of the conference center is complimentary to tenants reserving in advance with Concierge Annette Hays.

What happened to GLOW Mobile?
The Department of Motor Vehicle Safety has discontinued its Georgia License on Wheels program which traveled to locations throughout Georgia to offer driver's license renewals to licensed drivers.  The motor homes are currently being used for another purpose, and there are no immediate plans to bring back the program.

What should our company do with unwanted computer equipment?
Computer keyboards and monitors can not be placed in the dumpsters.  Call the management office at 770-552-2415 for suggestions of computer resellers that might purchase old equipment.

Can I request a security escort to my car at night?
Most certainly.  Just contact Monarch Centre security by calling the management office number at 770-552-2415.  We'll be happy to provide an escort to your car.

Where is Suite 1300?
Following in the long tradition of office building design, architects - perhaps yielding to superstition - generally do not include a 13th floor in a building.

How can I turn on my heating or air conditioning on weekends?
Contact Kathy (404/233-2824) at the management office to request after-hours HVAC service.  The cost is currently $50 per hour.  Twenty-four hours advance notice is required.

How can I get help if I lock myself out of my office after hours?
Call the management office at (770) 552-2415 (after normal business hours, you will be connected with our security personnel).  Access will be provided for tenants with identification and pre-authorization from his/her company.
