Marc Woodward, General Manager
Marc Woodward leads the Grubb & Ellis team as General Manager for Monarch Centre. Marc comes to Grubb & Ellis from Prentiss Properties, where he served as Property Manager at the Peachtree/Lenox Building in Buckhead, and at Cumberland Office Park, a 10-building, 673,000 square foot property in Vinings.

David Curry, Leasing Director
David Curry will lead Grubb & Ellis' leasing and marketing efforts at Monarch Centre as Leasing Director, Dave brings over thirteen years of sales and marketing experience, including positions with Sonoco Products, The Hyatt Regency and Jones Lang Lasalle.

For over thirteen years, David has been in the commercial real estate business; leasing or managing properties including Atlanta Financial Center, the Equitable Building, and as General Manager of the Atlanta Jones Lang Lasalle Partners/Calpers portfolio. In 1994 David was named to The Lasalle Club, an award reserved for Jones Lang Lasalle's top 5% producers nationwide.
